HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Your discount code has to be entered on check out, please enter the code into the discount code field and click on ‘Update’.

Discount codes can only be used on one-item orders and only one discount code can be used per order.

MY ORDER HAS NOT YET ARRIVED?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help.

Please check your order number via the link provided in your confirmation e-mail for the status of your order.

If your order has been delivered it needed to be signed for so please check to see if you received a card stating that a neighbor signed for this on your behalf. If you still can’t find your parcel or the status is not delivered please e-mail sales@camyclothing.com with your enquiry and order number.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

As soon as you receive your items and discover a fault, please contact sales@camyclothing.com stating the nature of the fault with your order number.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM

If you have received an incorrect item please contact sales@camyclothing.com informing us of the problem, we will then check your order and if your item does not match your order we will send you your correct item straight away.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?

For the best results please follow the care label on your garment.

T-shirts, sweatshirts, pants to be machine washed cold inside-out and hang dried.

Jackets to be washed at a dry cleaner.

HOW SECURE IS THE ONLINE SHOP?

Our online shop uses PayPal for payments.
